OMHA is a provider-owned
and operated not-for-profit organization reflecting cost consciousness
by maintaining minimum staff and utilizing members' expertise through
our elected Board of Directors and Committees. Policy is defined
and decisions are made by the actual owners so accountability is
high and the chain of command short. Our streamlined philosophy
means we are able to offer the highest level of service at the most
reasonable cost.
The elected Board of
Directors meets monthly and sets all policy and direction for
the organization, creates committees as needed, appoints committee
members, and oversees personnel issues.
