Dr. Henry offers EMDR, an evidence-based treatment for trauma and related anxiety issues, and Cogmed, a program for visual memory training that is an evidence-based, non-medical improvement of attention, concentration, and information processing.
Dr. Henry grew up in the Cedar Mill area. Professional activities include research, publications and professional papers in a wide variety of areas including milieu therapy, classroom management, parenting approaches, cognitive styles of Native Americans, treatment of Pathological Gambling, Fire Setting evaluation, issues of neuropsychology of mental illness and applications of EMDR. In summers, he and his wife and their dog, Mr. Chips, are often found camping in remote areas engaged as volunteers in archaeological surveys and excavations. They enjoy family gatherings with their sons and grandson.
