My Focus

I work with individuals, couples, and families ranging from children to adults. My approach to therapy is tailored to the specific needs and goals of each of my clients. I work to create an environment of safety and trust where change and growth can occur. I walk alongside my clients as they take steps to reach their own goals. I tend to take an active role in the therapeutic process. I am open with my feedback and seek to create a safe place for others to process their thoughts and emotions.

Groups I Work With

My areas of specialization include stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, addiction issues, grief and loss, and coping with life changes. I use play therapy approaches when working with children ages 3 to 11. Through this type of therapy, children learn to express their feelings, communicate better with others, change problem behaviors, and learn new ways of relating with people.
