I bring warmth, humor, curiosity and respect to the psychotherapy relationship, and strive to help individuals and families discover new meaning, hope and choice in their lives.
In addition to my training as a Marriage and Family Therapist, I am a Board Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC). I utilize expressive therapies such as Art Therapy and Sandplay Therapy as an adjunct to traditional talk therapy, when appriopriate. This integration assists with communication and externalization, and helps to contain and manage difficult emotions and perceptions. Please visit my website to learn more about these modalities.

The focus of my practice is working with heart, mind, body and spirit to help others find more balance, meaning and self-acceptance in their lives. This includes working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, loss and past trauma, as well as assisting individuals, couples and families in understanding and overcoming obstacles to communication, intimacy and fulfillment.
