I specialize in helping people overcome issues with depression, anxiety, worry, negativity, and/or addictions. Often genetics, childhood and adult trauma, stressful relationships, insomnia, diet and general self care can be contributing factors. Talking with a licensed psychologist can help you with such dilemmas and in gaining a new perspective on life. My goal is to help explore new ways to handle such roadblocks and to live a full and enjoyable life.
