My appproch is Biopsychosocial Feminist Integrative. In other words, I look at the whole person, body and mind and draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities to assist my clients. As a feminist therapist I work actively with my clients, mutually exploring areas and providing consultation on my areas of specialty.
Bipolar Disorder and other mood disorders, Anxiety disorders including Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Schizoaffective Disorder, Adult ADHD, Harm reduction approaches for Substance Abuse, and general coping skill development for individuals with chronic health concerns and people abused or neglected as children. I enjoy working on issues of identity, including LGBTQ, disability, and multiethnic concerns.
