My Focus

I integrate mind-body therapies with Solution-Focused therapy to promote rapid, transformative, sustained healing. I believe successful therapy accesses clients' innate abilities to heal themselves. I guide clients to get back on track and move toward a preferred outcome. I engage clients collaboratively in developing treatment goals.

I specialize in working with adults, children, adolescents, families and adults coping with the following issues: depression, anxiety. trauma/PTSD, co-dependency, relationship problems, low self-esteem, parent-child conflict, substance abuse recovery, grief/loss and food addictions.

I have specific training in Brainspotting, EMDR, Energy Psychology and Dynamic Energetic Healing. I have been in practice for 28 years.
