Kari Primo-Liddy, PhD, Psychologist

Life's complex circumstances and relationships can challenge our best coping efforts.  Therapy is a brave undertaking in which you think and talk about your problems, attend to feelings that arise, and try new behaviors.  We work together to increase self-awareness, alleviate distress, and develop more flexible ways of relating to yourself and others.

Feel free to call me to discuss your needs and goals.  I am happy to talk to you about my approach or to facilitate a referral if needed.
