My Focus
My practice focuses on adult individual therapy. I think it is essential to establish a good working relationship with every client in order to foster an environment of trust and safety for our work together. I tend to work collaboratively with clients to identify goals for therapy and encourage clients to feel empowered to make their own choices during the course of therapy – both in terms of what we focus on together and how they want to enact changes in their daily lives.
