Clarity. Self-compassion. Courage. Creativity. Confidence. These are the qualities of being that my therapy helps people find and return to. They are symbols of our wholeness, always available within us.
People come to therapy with pain in many forms: depression, anxiety, self-criticism, trauma and abuse experiences, grief, life transitions, and relationship conflicts. It matters less what form the pain takes, than that together we honor the pain while also experiencing that you are essentially healthy and whole in every moment. You can make the changes you want in your life.
Individuals and couples from all walks of life are welcome. People can discover who they are meant to be and take bold steps in their lives. Couples can move from frequent conflict to re-discovering their underlying love.
Taking the first step toward getting help can be the most difficult. Please don’t hesitate to call.

I rely on a wide variety of techniques to create a safe environment and meet you where you are. I like the gentle yet powerful way that mindfulness—being aware of your body, thoughts and feelings in the present moment-- invites you to look inside for your own deep knowing. Having a witness and guide accompanying you can help.
