My Focus

Individual Trauma Therapy – Therapy for individuals who have experienced trauma, humiliation, or have internalized negative messages about self, employing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), Ego State Therapy, Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS), and other approaches / Couples Therapy – Therapy for couples, many in some phase of recovery from substance abuse, utilizing Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Pragmatic Experiential Couple Therapy and models and interventions from John Gottman and others / Families in Recovery – Provide therapy for individuals, couples and families in recovery from substance abuse within the Developmental Model of Recovery framework by Brown and Lewis
