I am trained in numerous theoretical approaches, including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral, Play Therapy, Sand Tray, Narrative, Psycho-dynamic , Pyscho-Educational and Family Systems. I incorporate EMDR into these modalities to be most beneficial to the client. It is with much respect and pleasure that I work with clients whom are looking to better their situations through therapy.
