Full Day Workshop
This October 24, Larry Maltz, LCSW, and Wendy Maltz, LCSW, DST, will present a workshop, Treating Problems Caused by Pornography, at the Lane Community College Event Center in Eugene. In this workshop, the Maltzes describe how habitual porn use can result in serious problems, and discuss basic recovery steps and provide therapeutic strategies for sustaining motivation to change, overcoming shame and isolation, handling relapses, restoring relationship trust, and healing sex and intimacy problems.
The tuition for this six CE hour workshop ($130 for OMHA members) includes lunch and light refreshments.
Luncheon Workshop Series
OMHA is sponsoring a luncheon workshop series for OMHA members. Luncheons are held at The Oregon Electric Station (27 East 5th Ave., Eugene, OR 97401) from 12:15pm to 1:45pm, on the first Thursday of the month, beginning again this October, 2008. The cost is $15 for your lunch, to be paid to The Oregon Electric Station. One CE hour credit with the Oregon Society of Clinical Social Workers will be given. Space is limited to 25 members.
