I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker in Tualatin. I work with In-House Counseling which is a group of therapists that have partnered with Adventist Healthcare. I see children, adolescents, and adults for individual therapy. I also do family and group therapy. I find that family work can be incredible successful for children and teens who are dealing with school, relational, and behavioral issues.

I provide compassionate, creative, and collaborative individual and family therapy that supports people as well as families in navigating through difficult situations in their lives. My goal is to help adults recognize and utilize their personal strengths as well as develop insight about them self to create lasting change that will enhance their life. When working with children and families, I create a safe place for children and adolescents to express their thoughts and work through their emotions.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides Pain Services and is integrated into a rural Physical Therapy clinic in Newberg, Oregon (mid Willamette Valley). My unique role is to be a coach in helping patients find ways of obtaining their own pain relief (Power over Pain) and preventing chronic pain.
My approach to therapy comes from a Jungian
perspective which honors the whole individual
and supports each person’s healing process.
Feelings of depression, anxiety, anger, etc. are meaningful
expressions of a deeper source. Our difficulties,
disappointments, and our suffering are the material from
which transformation emerges. Self-awareness grows by
looking deeply into your life experiences, embodying your
feelings, and giving attention to the images that appear in
both waking life and in dreams.
I bring warmth, humor, curiosity and respect to the psychotherapy relationship, and strive to help individuals and families discover new meaning, hope and choice in their lives.
